When a man walks into a room, he brings his whole life with him.

Welcome

I’m an executive mentor and advisor to C-Suite corporate executives and select entrepreneurs, as well as a public speaker and the founder of Legacy Mentor.

I empower professionals to achieve short and medium-term business goals that will have a direct impact in building their legacy.

The bulk of the content I will be sharing will relate to mentoring, including:

  • Knowledge gained as I continue to build and improve my process. I’m not saying that I know everything;
  • What I am reading and sharing with my clients;
  • What I am learning from my client interactions;
  • Why I think these discoveries are interesting and important.

About Me

I specialize in legacy coaching. I develop custom productivity systems for individuals relating to their professional and personal development enabling them to accomplish current business goals that ultimately will manifest their legacy.

I have more than twenty years’ experience working one-on-one with hundreds of the top CEOs, founders and executives in North America including high-profile entrepreneurs and Fortune 100 firms such as Walmart, PepsiCo, DirecTV, NASCAR, Subway and DreamWorks.

I’ve been featured in Forbes, USA Today, Entrepreneur Magazine, Fast Company, Investors Business Daily, CEO.com, Yahoo! Finance, CEOBlogNation, appeared on Fox News primetime, Wharton Business Radio, multiple SiriusXM Radio shows and other leading business publications, podcasts and media outlets.

I am a serial entrepreneur, founder, board member and advisor to multiple international companies. I have founded multiple startups, both raising millions in investment capital and bootstrapping from zero to more than a $1 million run rate in less than three months.

I also serve as a mentor and guest-lecturer to Top 25 MBA programs such as USC, NYU and Columbia, and acted as spokesperson and host for an American Express and Discovery Channel show promoting entrepreneurship.

I have enjoyed long careers deep in the media and entertainment sectors managing large branded marketing initiatives and producing some of the highest-rated television programs in America including Undercover Boss and The Apprentice with Donald Trump.

I began my career in global finance building internal technology platforms and trading bond and derivative products for the market leading firm Cantor Fitzgerald.

A full list of my professional endeavors can be seen on my LinkedIn profile

I believe all of life’s questions can be answered in hip-hop, comic books, 70s soft rock, 80’s pop, Michael Mann films, Tim O’Brien novels, and the sacred bond between a human and their dog.

I grew up all over Jersey and have lived in the battlefield of Los Angeles for the past 18 years, currently with my chocolate lab, Dubya.

Why I Started This Blog

I have been fortunate to experience a lot in my lifetime and those experiences, both personal and professional, led me to my current profession.

Every time I meet someone – whether by speaking to a crowd, hanging out around town with pals, or in professional meetings, folks seem to be impressed and inspired by my story and the path I chose (and at times chose me) to arrive here today.

My perspective on life, legacy, work, passion and all-things related to my responsibility as a professional mentor needed an outlet to be shared in both long-form and short-form so I started this blog.

Most of the content published on this blog will focus on legacy coaching, mentoring and all related areas – productivity, mindset, time management, accountability, forming habits, etc. It will also serve to present a window into my personal life and passions, as there are many contributors to my 360-degree person – all of which is the foundation for my unique value as a coach relative to all others.

I’m a massive music-head, film/TV fan and lover of great books – all of which will be shared here alongside my professional content.
